<image:caption>When we feel fulfilled and connected to those close to us, we are more joyful, more productive, and more at ease. When we don’t—when our relationships are caught in cycles of conflict, insecurity, or disconnection—nothing else feels quite right either.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Whether you’re a soon-to-be-married couple or a multi-generational family, my approach to therapy is grounded in meeting each of you right where you are today. This is somewhere your voice will be heard and your unique experiences will be honored. Therapy with me is guided by what you need and the kind of relationship you want…and then working through the questions, conversations, and healing moments that will get you there.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>I work with adults, couples, and families who are ready to take the first step toward a new version of their relationships (and, ultimately, a new version of themselves). They recognize there’s some effort required to make this happen, but they’re willing to do the work if it means getting to experience a new, more fulfilling connection to the people they love. My clients are looking for a therapist with experience and expertise who can understand what they’re facing and offer helpful assistance. Often they want someone who won’t make them (or expects them to) “start all the way at the beginning.” Instead, they want to be met where they are and seen for who they are.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Couples</image:title>
<image:caption>You may be wondering if what you’re experiencing in your relationship is normal or if it means you should or shouldn’t be together. As your therapist, my job is to help you and your partner process these questions and begin working toward the relationship that both of you truly want. In couples therapy, we’ll work together as a team. I’m not here to pick sides; rather, I’ll provide a space that assures both of you are heard and offer expertise on what works. We’ll start by understanding where your relationship is currently, and the areas where you need some support. Working together, we will create a plan to address what is challenging so that you can begin to move forward with new insight and a deeper sense of connection.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Individuals</image:title>
<image:caption>I know that improving yourself and improving your relationships isn’t always easy. It requires honesty with yourself and a willingness to look at things differently. And that’s exactly what I’m here to help you do. As your therapist, my job is to highlight the things you may not see—the strengths you didn’t know were there, the past experiences that may be influencing how you feel today. We’ll be honest about the good and the bad; we’ll challenge the stories you may have been telling yourself for years, and empower you to show up in every relationship as your full and authentic self.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Families</image:title>
<image:caption>When family interactions feel tense, distant, or out of sync, it can be difficult to have truly meaningful conversations. Family counseling is, first and foremost, about creating an environment where each of you feels heard. Typically, I begin this process by first meeting with each member of your family individually, learning about each person’s unique perspectives and what they hope to get out of counseling. From there, we’ll decide on the most helpful dynamic—sometimes it’s best for two members to meet on their own, or all of the siblings together, or another setup that will serve the family’s shared goals. These dynamics may change during the course of our work together; we’ll adjust as we progress.</image:caption>
